We wash all of it in one visit — pre-treating the algae and moss that build up on the shaded north side of Peninsula yards, cleaning the hardscape with a surface cleaner and the walls and furniture with a wand, and rinsing the plants so nothing is left with residue on it. Good before a party, a listing, or a new season of using the yard.
