Built on doing both halves of the job

AQ Professional Power Washing & Striping was built by Alan Quintanilla on a simple observation: a parking lot gets cleaned by one contractor and striped by another, and the striper paints over whatever the washer left — or over whatever nobody washed at all. Paint on dirt and oil fails early. So Alan does both: the lot gets washed, dried and striped by the same person, and the lines last.

The same care goes into the washing on its own. Most of our residential work is driveways, walks, patios, fences and decks across San Mateo, Belmont, Burlingame and Redwood City, and most of our commercial work is storefronts, restaurants, parking lots and garages done before they open or after they close. Peninsula fog grows algae on every shaded slab, and Peninsula oaks and redwoods stain everything under them — we know what each surface takes, and we don't blast what should be soft-washed.

Today we handle twenty pressure-washing services and thirteen striping services — from a single driveway to a new parking lot layout with ADA spaces, fire lanes and stencils — across nine Peninsula cities, with Alan on every job. We're open 5am to 11pm, seven days a week, estimates are free, and returning customers and referrals get 10% off.
