Parking Lot Re-Striping

Faded lines brought back bright, on the existing layout or a better one

Free EstimateSan Mateo & the Peninsula · 7 Days

Lines fade. Sun, tires and street sweepers take the paint down until the stalls are a suggestion and visitors park wherever they like. We re-stripe parking lots across the Peninsula — repainting over the existing layout when it works, or correcting it when it doesn't: stalls that were never to code, ADA spaces that don't meet current requirements, arrows that point the wrong way. The lot is cleaned first so the fresh paint bonds, the lines are re-snapped so they stay straight, and every arrow, stencil and curb gets a fresh coat while we're there.

Our Process

1

Inspect

We look at what's there, what's faded and what's wrong, and price the job — repaint, correct, or both.

2

Prep

The lot is cleaned and, if needed, degreased in the stalls; old wheel stops moved or replaced.

3

Re-Stripe

Lines snapped fresh and painted with the striper; the striper follows the chalk, not the old faded line.

4

Detail & Reopen

Stencils, arrows and curbs painted, cones down once cured, sections reopened one at a time.
