Parking Lot Cleaning

Oil, gum and grime off the lot — the step before it can be striped

Free EstimateSan Mateo & the Peninsula · 7 Days

A parking lot is the first and last thing every customer, tenant and visitor sees. We pressure wash lots for shopping centers, restaurants, offices, apartment complexes, churches and schools: the oil spots in the stalls, the gum and spills at the entries, the grime along the curbs, the drive-thru lane, the cart corrals and the trash pad. Hot water and degreaser handle the oil; a surface cleaner leaves the flatwork even. And because we also stripe, a lot that needs both gets both — washed, dried, and re-lined by the same crew.

Our Process

1

Walk the Lot

We count the stalls, note the oil and gum, and price the wash — with a striping price on the same sheet if the lines are faded.

2

Section & Schedule

Large lots are done in sections, off-hours, so tenants keep their parking.

3

Degrease & Wash

Stalls pre-treated, then the whole lot surface-cleaned and the curbs and islands wanded.

4

Stripe

Once dry, the lot can be re-striped straight away — one contractor for the whole job.
