New Parking Lot Layouts

Fresh asphalt or a re-plan: stall count, flow, ADA and code from scratch

Free EstimateSan Mateo & the Peninsula · 7 Days

A new lot — or an old one that's never worked — needs a layout before it needs paint. We design and stripe parking lot layouts for new construction, freshly sealed or repaved lots, and properties that want more stalls or better flow: stall dimensions and aisle widths to the city's standard, the required number and placement of accessible spaces, one-way or two-way flow, fire lanes, loading zones, EV and compact stalls, and the arrows and stencils that make it all read. You get a drawing and a stall count before anything is painted, then a clean layout painted right the first time.

Our Process

1

Measure & Plan

We measure the lot and draw a layout that maximizes stalls while meeting code — you see the drawing and the count first.

2

Prep

The surface is cleaned, and on new sealcoat we wait the cure time the manufacturer specifies.

3

Layout

Every line, space and symbol chalked out from the plan, checked, then painted.

4

Paint & Open

Striped in sections with the striper, stencils added, coned until cured, then opened.
