Building exteriors collect a film of dirt, exhaust and algae that dulls the color and, on the shaded sides, turns green or black. We clean the outside of homes and commercial buildings across the Peninsula with the right method for each material: a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution on stucco, painted siding and EIFS, so nothing gets etched or forced under the lap; higher pressure on block, brick and metal panel; and a careful rinse of the windows, signs and fixtures. One or two stories from the ground, taller with a lift.

Our Process

Survey

We look at the materials, the height and where the water will go, and give you one price for the whole building or the elevations you want.

Protect

Windows checked, outlets and fixtures covered, landscaping wetted down so the solution doesn't sit on it.

Soft Wash

Cleaning solution applied low-pressure, given time to work, then rinsed top-down so the dirt runs off instead of down a clean wall.

Detail

Entries, canopies and signage rinsed by hand, the flatwork below cleaned so the building doesn't stand on a dirty pad.
